Changes at Viola

Firstly, we would like to say a massive thank you to all our loyal customers, we understand that it has been an incredible difficult time for everyone. We hope that things continue to improve for a more prosperous future for us all.

The Viola website will be going through a number of changes, one being the way that they professional hair extensions are arranged. Once you go into the method of extensions the page will then show all the colours available. When you choose a colour, it will show all the length, weight and type options. Having spoken with a number of our customers we believe that this will greatly improve the ordering process.

Further to this our extensions now have names inspired by their shade and colouring, with mixes (#P numbers) based on worldwide destinations, root stretches (#T numbers) influenced by drinks, and our single colours relating to classic, timeless names.

The other change at Viola is that we will be rolling out our annual price increase throughout the month of June, this is due to the current financial market and increases that have occurred. Like with everything, the cost of goods, manufacturing and despatching has increased.

At Viola the quality of our product is incredibly important to us, we will only ever offer world class hair extensions and will not compromise our product to keep the prices down and why instead we have made the decision to implement the price increases.

To all our wonderful trade customers you may find that the price increase will have a positive impact on your profits as increased price means increased percentage discount.

Increased spending is the sure-fire way to get your trade discount moved up to the next level. The higher the percentage the bigger the profits you will reap. If you think about it, the amount you charge your client for the hair is at RRP, so the percentage you save with us is the amount you pocket as profit – 35% is better than 20%!

Just take a look at these guidelines on how you can achieve this (based on 6 packs (full head) 18” 0.8g Nano Tips, which we class as 1 set for the guide below):

• 5 sets sold a month you will quickly move from 20% to 25%
• 8 sets sold a month you will quickly move from 25% to 30%
• 11 set sold a month you will quickly move from 30% to 35%

Not only this but you will receive store credit each time you progress from one discount level to the next - £500 for moving from 20% to 25%. The rewards will be added each time you move up to the next trade discount bracket.
