Changes to Violas Shipping Services

Viola Hair Extensions will be updating our shipping options and despatching times.

When choosing the shipping option, you will now have the choice of when you would like to receive the items rather than the shipping company. With the following choices;

• Courier 1-2 Working Days - £6.50
• Courier Next Working Day (not a guaranteed service) - £9.00
• Courier Next Working Day by 12pm - £13.00 *
• Courier Saturday - £13.00

Due to certain couriers not delivering to all areas and value of order, Viola has the right to change the service for the shipment to ensure the correct service is chosen.

The despatching time will also be moved to 2pm, however for the majority of customers orders will be despatched up until 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after the cut off time will be despatched the next working day.

If the shipping address is outside of the UK, or the postcode starts with the following from the list, the cut off time for same day despatch will be 2pm, this is due to the courier services for these areas.

BT, GY, JE, IM, IV, HS, KW, PH, AB, PO (30, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38), TR (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) & ZE

* Shipping address with the above postcodes who choose the Courier Next working day by 12pm order will be despatched with a by 1pm service due to location.

Once the order has left our warehouse Viola cannot be held responsible for any delays, but of course we will assist you as much as we can.
